What is Yoga?

Yoga is a philosophy but not a religion.
Yoga is not an exercise, but a state, with which every human being is born.
Yoga means "unity" the unity of body,
Mind and soul (our own).
Most people live unconsciously in this unit. They identify with your body. The aim of the Yoga exercises is to learn the unity of body, mind and soul conscious.
